A 12-inch frying pan offers enough versatility for most home cooks or professional chefs. With a smaller pan, it isn’t easy to prepare breakfast for a family of three or more people. On the other hand, a 12-inch pan is big enough for most families to comfortably fit ten or more eggs.
But let’s talk about copper-infused ceramic first. This 12-inch frying pan is not too heavy. Although it’s not the lightest one as well, considering how thin it is. Typically, aluminum pans are more lightweight, but this pan is heavier due to a ceramic coating and copper. Still, many home cooks will find this pan to be light for handling and tossing food around.

I find this pan especially useful whenever I need to fry some vegetable side dishes. As a chef, even at home, I tend to use more than one pan at a time. But still, it would be a great addition to your cookware because it excels at one thing – it’s easy to use. It takes less time to heat up. It’s smaller; therefore, it doesn’t take much space in the sink. And when you need to prepare a frittata or an omelet for a single person, this pan is a far better option than a 12-inch pan.
The cooking surface is Copper-Infused ceramic which performs excellently. Because it has a ceramic coating, you will need to season this pan with a dash of vegetable oil to get the most performance out of a nonstick surface.

Steaks would cook unevenly, and when food is covering more surface, food starts to boil rather than sear. So yes, it’s an excellent pan considering you mostly cook food for a whole family. The Copper-Infused ceramic surface performs well. Food cooks evenly thanks to copper, which is the best heat conductor. Though I read online, people complaining that food starts to burn after using the pan for a while. It could happen because the pan is not seasoned well or came with a defect in the worst-case scenario. My advice would be to stay away from high heat. Cook your food on low to medium heat to avoid food sticking to the interior surface of the pan.
